DSPE-PEGs

1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DSPE) is a hydrophobic phospholipid present in lipid bilayers of cell membranes. When conjugated with a monodispersed hydrophilic PEG linker, it creates an amphiphilic compound well-suited for liposome formation. PurePEG’s monodispersed PEGs are modified with various functional groups, such as -COOH, -NH2, and more, for bioconjugation, bioorthogonal labeling, and drug delivery.
