| During shopping, please choose a product and add it to the shopping cart. After you are finished shopping, please verify your items and the quantity of each in the shopping cart, update your shipping and billing address, choose your shipping method and payment information, and submit your order to us. We will send you an order confirmation once the order is received. We also accept formal purchase orders via fax and email. |

PAYMENT

| We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, wire transfer, direct deposit and check. Some international orders may require payment in advance. Our banking information will be on the invoice. We accept Net 30 day payment term. All prices are FOB, San Diego, California and subject to change without notice. Please be noted that all freight, insurance, duty tax and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made. |

SHIPPING METHODS AND STORAGE

| Carrier: |
FedEx is our carrier of choice, but other major carriers are also acceptable. We can use your FedEx collect account if provided and not charge you for shipping and handling. For all other orders, shipping and handling will be added to your invoice. |
| Methods: |
Please choose International Priority, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, or Pick up (for local area service) and indicate the preferred shipping method on your orders. Orders outside the United States are shipped by FedEx International Priority or DHL International. |
| Storage: |
Most of our products are stable at ambient temperatures during shipping; however, storage conditions below -20℃ are advised for long term storage. Please consult storage information when you receive your order. |
